Welcome to Buck Spring Plantation, a lakeside community on Hubquarter Creek at beautiful Lake Gaston. We are a restricted community with Covenants, By-Laws and Rules/Regulations to protect, preserve and enhance property values within our community. The community consists of 191 building lots and two common areas.
Our association is managed by an elected board of nine property owners, elected alternately each year, 4 one year and five the next, at our annual meeting. The board normally meets bi-monthly, the first Wednesday of every odd month all property owners are invited. Check the website for time and place.
Maintenance of the roadways (except Buck Spring Drive and N. Macon Drive) and all common area property is the responsibility of the Buck Spring Plantation Property Owners Association. BSPPOA is funded through annual assessment fees.
