Open Board Meetings will be held the 1st Wednesday of every other odd month at 6:00 PM. Location to be announced on BSP portal calendar. If you wish to be on the agenda for the meeting, you must submit your written request via email 2 weeks prior to the meeting for your concerns to be addressed
- Enforcement of covenants,
- Adopting budgets,
- Assessing and collecting member fees,
- Maintaining and regulating commons areas,
- Acting on behalf of the association in legal matters.
